• Microsoft Windows 10 version 1809 (or higher)

• Apple OS X 10 (or higher)

Minimum Hardware Requirements

Hardware requirements are derived from the software requirements below. The device has to be able to run the minimum iOS / Android version that is required.

• Processor: Windows: x86 or x64, Mac: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz

• Memory: 4GB RAM (Minimum), 8GB RAM (Recommended)

• Storage: S-ATA with at least 4GB free storage (Minimum), SSD with at least 8GB free storage (Recommended)

• Monitor Resolution: 1280x800 (Minimum), 1920x1200 (Recommended)

Mobile Requirements

Operating Systems

• iOS 16 or higher

• Android 12 or higher (screen tested for Samsung Galaxy Tab S6)

 

Customers aren’t blocked from using the fentu mobile app on untested devices that meet current platform requirements.

Available empty storage: We recommend to have at least 15% of the available disk space free at all times to ensure proper and fast function of the application and all of its features.

Data Requirements

• Database Size: Downloaded database on your device should not exceed 400MB.

• Number of Objects: Maximum of 10,000 objects for optimal performance.

• Attachment Size: 20MB per file (maximum).

Internet and Browser Requirements

Internet Connection

• Minimum: 2024 kbit/s

• Recommended: 5120 kbit/s

Supported Browsers

The latest three versions of Google Chrome are supported.
